  1. Use this pop-up menu to send your document as a fax transmission in standard or high resolution, or as a document of PostScript code.

  3. Use this pop-up menu to choose whether a cover page will be sent along with the faxed document.

  5. Type the phone number of the fax device that will receive the fax. Press Tab to move to a different entry box.

  7. Type the name of the company or organization to receive the fax. Press Tab to move to a different entry box.

  9. Type the name of the person to receive the fax. Press Tab to move to a different entry box.

  11. Type the sender‚Äôs phone number. Press Tab to move to a different entry box.

  13. Type the name of the sender‚Äôs company or organization. Press Tab to move to a different entry box.

  17. To cancel any changes to the settings or information in this dialog box and close it, click this button.
